M . <br /> Dennis moved approval of the July 28th meeting minutes , <br /> seconded by John Walters , motion carried . <br /> Suchomel C . S.M . 's and rezoning request . 9 acre C . S .M with <br /> approximately 5 acres of C-1 zoning on the corner of Hwy C . <br /> and Hoepker Rd . . <br /> . David moved approval of the rezoning and the C . S .M . with the <br /> condition that , there be no outside storage , seconded by <br /> Marvin , motion carried . <br /> ' Suchomel C. S .M. on Hwy C . This is a request to combine two <br /> lots into one . Dennis moved to approve the request to <br /> combine the two lots into one , seconded by Marvin, motion <br /> carried . <br /> r <br /> ( Marcus Theater Expansion request . They wish to add 4 more <br /> theaters , one lobby , more restrooms and additional parking. <br /> Stephenie moved approval of the expansion proposal , seconded <br /> by David, motion carried. <br /> Ziegler Quarry C . U .P. Dennis moved to recommend no action at <br /> this time because it was unclear as to what items on the . <br /> list from Dane County Zoning that applied to the quarry <br /> operation . Reclamation and roads were the major concerns , <br /> seconded by David , motion carried . <br /> Sp hn Enterprises request to split off 1 acre parcel for <br /> residence from 68 . 9 acre •site on Thorson Road . Stephenie <br /> moved approval of the 1 acre parcel with the stipulation <br /> that no other lots or divisions are to occur on this <br /> property unless it is done by platting, seconded by Marvin, <br /> motion carried . <br /> • <br /> There were some questions of the commission regarding <br /> Rattman Road . They were wondering if the repairs were <br /> finished . The middle of the road seems to be low and holds <br /> water when it rains . <br /> Marvin moved to adjourn , seconded by John Walters , motion <br /> carried . Meeting adjourned at 9 : 3O P.
