Graff, <br /> motion carried . . <br /> • <br /> Chairman Hoepker asked Atty Frank about selling the Town <br /> Hall and what requirements the Town Board has to meet in <br /> advertising . Atty recommended an appraisal be done on the <br /> Town Hall property. Mr. Graff moved to have an appraisal <br /> done with the cost not to exceed $2 , 500 . , seconded by Mr. <br /> McCoy, motion carried. <br /> Norm Danielson was present to discuss the assessment on the <br /> vacant lots in Hoffman acres . The Attorney stated that <br /> Board of Review was the time to present his case on the <br /> assessments . <br /> John . Ziegler and Atty Morgan were present to discuss ' <br /> Mad/Prairie Landfill expansion . They are thinking about <br /> expanding another 40 acres and making it a sanitary landfill <br /> site . They were present to let the Board know what they <br /> were thinking about doing . There should be a joint meeting <br /> with the Board and the Planning Commission before things get <br /> to far underway . <br /> Tom Suchomel proposals from Planning Commission . Two <br /> C . S . M . s and one zoning change . <br /> C . S . M to connect second lot behind home on Hwy C to make <br /> one lot . P . C . recommended approval . <br /> C . S : M . to split off 9 acres at the corner of Hwy C and <br /> Hoepker Road. P. C . Recommended approval . <br /> Zoning change on new C . S . M . changing from A-1 to C-1 to <br /> allow an antique dealer . ` P. C . recommended approval with <br /> the condition that there is no outside storage . <br /> Mr. McCoy moved to approve the Suchomel requests with the <br /> same conditions recommended by the Plan Commission, seconded <br /> by Mr .Graff, motion carried . <br /> Marcus Theater expansion of 4 new theaters . P. C . <br /> recommended approval of the expansion . Mr. Graff moved to <br /> approve the expansion of the the theaters , seconded by <br /> Mr . McCoy , motion carried . <br />
