Fountain for change of zoning from Al (ex.) <br /> Agricultural to C2 is scheduled for a work/decision meeting on Tuesday, <br /> September 22, 1987. This matter was subject to a public hearing before this <br /> Committee on September 8, 1987, and was heard before the Town of Sun Prairie <br /> Board on September 9, 1987. The Town has sent the Committee its favorable <br /> recommendation in this matter. The parcel is in the Town of Sun Prairie. <br /> The City of Sun Prairie has an interest in the matter and has expressed <br /> itself in writing against the zoning change. If it can be worked out, the <br /> Petitioner wishes to work with the City so they will remove their objections <br /> to this zoning change. <br /> This cannot be accomplished before the September 22 work/decision meeting or <br /> the County Board meeting on October 1, 1987. Therefore, the Petitioner <br /> respectfully requests a continuance until the next monthly meeting of the <br /> AELR Committee and the County Board. This, we believe, will be of a benefit <br /> to all the parties. <br /> Your favorable consideration will be appreciated.
