I . • <br /> (Degenhardt Agreement - can 't. ) <br /> IT IS THEREFORE AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> (1 ) Within sixty (60) days from the date on which he ceases the use <br /> described in this Agreement , Thomas H. Degenhardt shall submit to <br /> Dane County a petition to rezone the LC-1 portion of his property <br /> described in Zoning Petition No. 4081 to the same residential <br /> district as the remainder of his property located at 1917 Range <br /> Trail , Town of Verona. <br /> (2) Thomas H. Degenhardt shall not rent, lease, or convey property <br /> located at 1917 Range Trail , Town of Verona, to any other person (s) <br /> without first submitting to Dane County a petition to rezone the LC- <br /> 1 portion of the property described in Zoning Petition No. 4081 to <br /> the same residential district as the remainder of the property. <br /> (3) If Thomas H.Degenhardt conveys a deed to said property located <br /> at 1917 Range Trail , Town of Verona, without first having submitted <br /> the rezoning petition required by this Agreement, the Town of Verona <br /> on behalf of Town residents shall submit to Dane County a petition <br /> requesting rezoning of the property described in Zoning Petition . <br /> No. 4081 from LC-1 to the appropriate residential district. <br /> (4) This Letter of Agreement shall become effective upon the <br /> effective date of Dane County Zoning Petition No. 40t 1 ./kedZ -t4 -'6' 57-1,044.-/ <br /> LII./=12 - '141:4-4/- <br /> Thoma_ H.
