I am requesting that the <br /> following certain restrictions with regard to use of the outside <br /> recreational facilities at this establishment be enforced. I do not wish <br /> to protest the use of the outside facilities or infringe on the rights <br /> of the owner in any way, only to protect, safeguard and retain, along <br /> with other concerned property owners, our neighborhood excellence and <br /> property values as in the past. In the best interests of all concerned <br /> homeowners in the area, I respectfully submit the following restrictions <br /> for your inspection and consideration: <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> 1) HOURS <br /> a) Weekdays (Sunday thru Thursday), no lights on after <br /> 10:00 P.M. <br /> b) Weekend (Friday and Saturday) , no lights after 11:00 P.M. <br /> c) Saturday and Sunday, no games start before 10:00 A.M. <br /> 2) SITE PLAN <br /> All residents to be given a review of "Site Plan" before any <br /> determinations be made. <br /> 3) NO STREET PARKING <br /> Ensure that there is ample parking on the premises and no street <br /> parking allowed. <br /> 4) LITTER CONTROL <br /> Policing and control of refuse and/or litter (by owner) caused <br /> by patrons, in order to maintain a clean community. <br />
