It would seem that granting any sort of conditional use permit for a <br /> multiuse complex such as that under consideration without a site plan <br /> would be like signing a blank check . We ask that such a plan be <br /> required and reviewed by the Zoning Committee and affected neighbors. <br /> Prior to finalizing any conditional use permit . For example, where <br /> will the high level lights be placed and which direction will they <br /> shine and where will any access be allowed onto Baxter Road. <br /> In conclusion, we feel that a compromise can be reached which will <br /> allow Mr . Gillespie to run a viable and hopefully prosperous business <br /> that does not infringe on the surrounding homes and their related <br /> value -- but only if the Zoning Committee provides the necessary <br /> guidance and assurance. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Philip .
