Voters: <br /> No factual count; Springdale does not have voter registration. A total of 460 <br /> votes were tallied in the last election. <br /> 2) . Non-resident property owners: <br /> 45 Signers of S.P. were non-resident = 41% of S.P. acreage owned by non-res. = <br /> 4,961.7 or 29% of S.P. <br /> 3) . Nonconforming parcels (less than 35 acres) . <br /> Total 56 parce = 36% of signers of S.P. <br /> Total acreage = 786.25 or 7% of S.P. <br /> 4) .
