Non-resident property owners: <br /> 45 Signers of S.P. were non-resident = 41% of S.P. acreage owned by non-res. = <br /> 4,961.7 or 29% of S.P. <br /> 3) . Nonconforming parcels (less than 35 acres) . <br /> Total 56 parce = 36% of signers of S.P. <br /> Total acreage = 786.25 or 7% of S.P. <br /> 4) . Governor Thompson has <br /> not signed - aides state that he has until April 22, 1988. <br /> Assemblyman Wineke stated that Bill provides a period of 3 years in which a farmer may <br /> decide to sign for Farmland Preservation thus qualifying for a 70% tax credit. The <br /> farmer may remain in the program for as long as they want to. There is no mandatory <br /> requirement that the town has to subsequently adopt A-1 Ex.
