BEFORE THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> In the Matter of: <br /> Conditional Use Permit No. 643 <br /> NOTICE OF APPEAL <br /> PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Appellants named below hereby <br /> appeal to the Dane County Board of Adjustment from the Decision <br /> dated January 26, 1988, of the Dane County Agricultural, <br /> Environment & Zoning Committee ("Committee") which granted <br /> Conditional Use Permit No. 643 allowing drilling, crushing and <br /> blasting operations on the real estate in the Town of Burke <br /> covered thereby. <br /> Appellants are: David F. McCloskey, Patricia L. McClos- <br /> key, Lloyd Simpson, Marilyn Simpson, Gail Zimmermann, Dennis <br /> Zimmermann, Robert W. Felland, Phyllis Felland, David <br /> Wiganowski, Angela Wiganowski, Jeanette Levie, Walter Levie, <br /> Emma Godfrey, William Godfrey and Mildred Droster. <br /> Appellants are aggrieved by the Decision in that they are <br /> landowners who have their family homes in close proximity to <br /> the quarry which is the subject of Conditional Use Permit 643 . <br /> Appellants will suffer the following harm unless the <br /> Decision is reversed: <br /> 1. Drilling, crushing and blasting will take place in <br /> close proximity to their homes. <br /> 2 . Stone crushing will take place in close proximity to <br /> their homes. <br /> 4- ' 270 <br /> RECEIVED <br /> ZONING Dry. <br />
