The Decision to grant the Conditional Use Permit is <br /> contrary to law in that: <br /> A. The establishment, maintenance, or operation of <br /> the conditional use will be detrimental to or <br /> endanger the public health, safety, comfort <br /> and/or welfare. <br /> B. The uses, values, and enjoyment of other <br /> property in the neighborhood for purposes <br /> already permitted will substantially impair or <br /> diminish by establishment, maintenance or <br /> operation of the conditional use, <br /> all within the meaning of the Dane County Code of Ordinances, <br /> §10. 255 (2) (g) . <br /> This Appeal is filed pursuant to Wis. Stat. §59.99 and <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances §10. 26. <br /> Finally, this Notice of Appeal operates as a stay pursuant <br /> to Wis.
