R. #643 Dear Sirs : Madison Crushing believes a couple of items contained in the permit pertaining to road maintenance and plantings should be brought to your attention at this time . Within the application in reference to "Proposal Road Maintenance" Madison Crushing offers to replace a portion of Reiner Rd . as a condition of the permit. The appliation states "The work would be completed within 90 working days after the ground thaws in 1988" . It is our opinion that as of April 1, 1988 the ground will be thawed well enough to do the work . Thus the completion date as offered in the application is August 8, 1988 . Madison Crushing estimates it will take approximately a week to do the proposed work on Reiner Rd. As this is a condition of Permit #643 which is being appealed, the work will not be done until the permit is issued . Furthermore, the work will not be done if the permit is not issued by August 1, 1988 . Within the application in reference to "the berm along Reiner Rd . " Madison Crushing offers to provide a berm with plantings as shown on the proposed plan. The plantings Madison Crushing plans on using are "bare root stock" and must be planted by June 1, 1988 or the landscaper will not guarantee them. As this too is a condtion of Permit #643 which is being appealed, the berm work will not be done until the permit is issued . Furthermore, the plantings will not be in place in 1988 if the permit isn 't issued in time to allow the berm construction to be completed so the plantings may be placed by June 1, 1988 .
