R. #643 <br /> Dear Sirs : <br /> Madison Crushing believes a couple of items contained in the <br /> permit pertaining to road maintenance and plantings should <br /> be brought to your attention at this time . <br /> Within the application in reference to "Proposal Road <br /> Maintenance" Madison Crushing offers to replace a portion of <br /> Reiner Rd . as a condition of the permit . The appliation <br /> states "The work would be completed within 90 working days <br /> after the ground thaws in 1988" . It is our opinion that as <br /> of April 1, 1988 the ground will be thawed well enough to do <br /> the work . Thus the completion date as offered in the <br /> application is August 8, 1988 . <br /> Madison Crushing estimates it will take approximately a week <br /> to do the proposed work on Reiner Rd . As this is a condition <br /> of Permit #643 which is being appealed, the work will not be <br /> done until the permit is issued . Furthermore, the work will <br /> not be done if the permit is not issued by August 1, 1988 . <br /> Within the application in reference to "the berm along <br /> Reiner Rd. " Madison Crushing offers to provide a berm with <br /> plantings as shown on the proposed plan. The plantings <br /> Madison Crushing plans on using are "bare root stock" and <br /> must be planted by June 1, 1988 or the landscaper will not <br /> guarantee them. As this too is a condtion of Permit #643 <br /> which is being appealed, the berm work will not be done <br /> until the permit is issued.
