► • r Ar <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE BURKE TOWN BOARD <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 643 <br /> MADISON CRUSHING & EXCAVATING CO. INC. <br /> Madison Crushing will restrict its crushing, drilling and <br /> blasting operation to the hours between 7: 00 AM and sunset <br /> or 9: 00 PM which ever comes first Monday through Friday and <br /> to eight hours on Saturday between the hours of 7 : 00 AM and <br /> 3: 00 PM. No blasting allowed on Saturdays . <br /> BLASTING: Blasting will be done in accordance with the <br /> applicable restrictions contained in the Wisconsin <br /> Administrative code regulations . When blasting, <br /> seismographic readings will be maintained below 0 . 40 <br /> in./sec. The seismograph will be located at various <br /> positions around the perimeter of the quarry property. This <br /> level is 20% below the ceiling allowed by. the Wis. Admin. <br /> Code for blasting activities . When blasting is to be done, <br /> the neighbors will be notified in writing no less that <br /> eighteen hours in advance of the proposed blasting <br /> operation. Madison Crushing will notify those neighbors who <br /> wish to be notified on Felland Road, from 5152 Felland Road <br /> to Burke Road, on Burke Road from Felland Road to Reiner <br /> Road, on Reiner Road from Burke Road to 5107 Reiner Road and <br /> all homes on Sandy Lee Lane. Seismograph records will be <br /> filed with the Town within seven (7) working days . <br /> BERMS: See attached landscape berm map. (Exhibit A) Berm <br /> along Reiner Road is to be no less than seven feet high from <br /> the Reiner F:oad center line elevation with 3 to 1 slope on <br /> Reiner Road side. The berm to be constructed 40 feet from <br /> the center line of Reiner Road. This berm is to be <br /> completed in the Spring of 1988 on the C.U.P. 'ed area along <br /> Reiner Road . Madison Crushing will also assist the Town of <br /> Burke to clean up the ditch line the full length of the <br /> quarry operation. (The existing trees will be left for dust <br /> control until the new planting have grown) A seeded berm <br /> will be built westerly along the North line of the subject <br /> area not less than four feet in height, as stripping <br /> material becomes available, but not later than the Fall of <br /> 1989. <br /> • <br /> FENCING: The entire quarry will be enclosed by a woven wire <br /> fence located one foot inside the property line and a locked <br /> gate at the North entrance. The fence along Reiner Rd. and <br /> the North line of the C.U.P. will be installed in the Spring <br /> of 1988, the entire quarry will be fenced by the Fall of <br /> 1988 . <br /> ROAD MAINTENANCE: As a part of this application for C.U.P. :# <br /> 643, Madison. Crushing will cooperate with the Town of Burke <br /> • <br />
