Madison Crushing will remove the south 50 feet <br /> of Reiner Road up to Highway T and undercut as mutually <br /> agreed and replace the rock as needed at no expense to the <br /> Town of Burke. . The work will be completed within 90 <br /> working days after the ground thaws in 1988 in conjunction <br /> with the Town of Burke. <br /> The entrance road down into the quarry will be oiled with <br /> emollisified road oil to control dust at all times. <br /> RECLAMATION: When the quarry has been depleted, or within <br /> twelve (12) months of the expiration of the Conditional Use <br /> Permit, which ever comes first. Madison Crushing will slope <br /> the banks to not steeper than a one to one slope, and will <br /> cover the flat areas with at least one foot of tillable <br /> soil. <br /> TIME OF C.U.P. : The Town Board has recommended that if all <br /> conditions are complied with, Conditional Use Permit #643 is <br /> recommended for approval for an five year period. <br /> These conditions are hereby submitted to the Dane County <br /> Agriculture, Environment & Land Records Committee. <br /> The Town of Burke Town Board took action at their meeting <br /> January 19, 1988 . <br /> Stephenie A.
