1 area that I just wanted to bring in. I 'll put <br /> 2 it up here. <br /> 3 If you visited the site, this is the <br /> 4 intersection right here. This is Burke Road and <br /> 5 Reiner Road. The yellow is the area that the <br /> 6 Town of Burke has already planned as a mineral <br /> 7 extraction area because there was an existing <br /> 8 quarry there. <br /> 9 Our operation is inside this area here <br /> 10 and this being Sandy Lee Lane we're asking for <br /> 11 this area to construct a Conditional Use Permit <br /> 12 643. This is our office so we're losing this <br /> 13 area. Roughly half of this area is sand pit. <br /> 14 MS. LICHT: Why are you showing that <br /> 15 as being part of the site when you don't even <br /> 16 have the conditional use permit? <br /> 17 MR. ZIEGLER: This yellow is all -- we <br /> 18 lease it all the way up so part of our site as <br /> 19 far as I'm concerned goes all the way to here <br /> 20 because we lease this whole area. <br /> 21 MS. LICHT: But you' re not zoned for <br /> 22 a mineral extraction site. You have vacant land <br /> 23 there that you' re leasing, but it's not zoned <br /> 24 for mineral extraction, correct? <br /> 25 MR.
