ZIEGLER: Right, but we had a permit <br /> 5 granted in '76 and in '80 for two four-year <br /> 6 periods so we operated in this area until '84 <br /> 7 when the permit ran out. We weren't notified. <br /> 8 We had no idea that the permit ran out <br /> 9 and we found out when Mr. Ziegler wanted to <br /> 10 start his operation over here that ours ran out. <br /> 11 This has nothing to do with us. All <br /> 12 we' re operating is in this area here, but that's <br /> 13 the area that we're talking about. Such areas as this agri <br /> 18 business on Burke Road right here, which is <br /> 19 right behind the Sandy Lee Lane property, that <br /> 20 has the rights to have a stockyard on it. They <br /> 21 have cattle going in and out of there <br /> 22 constantly. <br /> 23 There's a trucking company.
