They don't patronize our quarry. <br /> 4 The car that the people were in that was killed <br /> 5 went through the stop sign and it was an <br /> 6 automobile coming from our direction. Our <br /> 7 operation didn't have anything to do with that. <br /> 8 As far as the three vehicle crash that <br /> 9 was referred to, I have no knowledge of it. We <br /> 10 weren't involved in that. I don't think we <br /> 11 should be held responsible for those situations. <br /> 12 We didn' t cause them. <br /> 13 The dust problem here, there's a hay <br /> 14 field directly across the street from the person <br /> 15 complaining about a hay fever problem and dust <br /> 16 on her tables. There's farmlands surrounding <br /> 17 her, not to mention cattle in her backyard which <br /> 18 may not smell the best. <br /> 19 MS. LICHT: You don't have dust unless <br /> 20 you' re actually haying, but when it's standing <br /> 21 hay -- <br /> 22 MR. ZIEGLER: I don' t want to argue the <br /> 23 point with you.
