Rezoning Petition No . 4154 page 3 <br /> Under the circumstances , we can find no logical reason for any of <br /> these parties to object to these zoning changes . The boundaries <br /> drawn under the court foreclosure order were , you should note , drawn <br /> by the Brills when they obtained their mortgage on the property. <br /> They obviously found logic in the layout. This resoning would, as <br /> noted earlier, benefit them. We are interested in negotiating to <br /> buy a portion of their property with road-frontage , but we are limited <br /> in price and that property may have a higher market value than we <br /> can afford at present. If we are permitted to purchase the property <br /> held by Federated , it is possible that at some future time we will <br /> find we can come to terms with the Brills . <br /> Finally, "time is of the essence . " Our lease and option expire <br /> in id-year.
