ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4196 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> R-4 Residence District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4196: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Christiana described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said E 1/2 SE 1/4; thence <br /> South on the East line thereof 1518 feet; thence West parallel with the North <br /> line thereof 383 feet; thence North parallel with said East line 248 feet; <br /> thence East parallel with the North line 383 feet; thence South on said East <br /> line 248 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> a) . The construction must be brought up to State code. <br /> b) . The area zoned R-4 may not exceed 1.3 acres. <br /> c) .
