RESTRICTIVE COVENANT <br /> Ray Peterson, his heirs, successors and assigns hereby <br /> covenant with the Town of Christiana, a Wisconsin Municipality, <br /> their successors and assigns , that the following restrictive <br /> covenant shall attach and run with the following described real <br /> estate located in the Town of Christiana , Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin: <br /> (see attached legal description) <br /> It is understood and agreed that this conveyance is made <br /> and accepted, and the realty has the following covenants, <br /> conditions , restrictions and reservations which apply to and <br /> run with the land. All successive future owners and occupants <br /> have the same right to enforce the covenants, conditions, <br /> restrictions and reservations applicable as the original <br /> parties hereto. <br /> The purpose of the restrictive covenant is to protect the <br /> surrounding residents and future residents in and around the <br /> above described property as the request to rezone does not <br /> comply with the Land Use Plan of the Township of Christiana. <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESTRICTION COVENANTS <br /> For mutual consideration given, Ray Peterson, his heirs , <br /> successors and assigns hereby restrict the use of the above <br /> described parcel to the following: <br /> a. No more than three (3) dwelling units are <br /> allowed on the parcel.
