PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 8, 1987 <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: John Pamperin, Marvin McCoy, Bernie <br /> Rattman, Stephenie Jensen <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Don Mayo, Engineer <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7: 30 PM by Chairman John <br /> Pamperin. <br /> • Bernie moved approval of the Nov. .11th meeting minutes, with <br /> one clarification that being "Nelson Road access for <br /> apartments on ridge for MATC property, seconded by Marvin, <br /> motion carried. <br /> Letters in regards to Dane County's composting sites were <br /> read. <br /> Stephenie moved approval of the C.U.P. for the composting <br /> site on Messerschmit Road with the condition the Dane County <br /> enter into an agreement in regards to structural repairs and <br /> maintenance of the entire length of Messerschmit Road, <br /> except for snow plowing, seconded by Marvin, motion carried. <br /> Madison Crushing & Exc . C. U.P. - Letter read from Madison <br /> Crushing. (attached) Public Hearing was set for Monday <br /> January 4, 1988 at 7 : 30 P.M. <br /> New Plan Commission member - Marvin move to recommend Ken <br /> Bedker as the new member of the plan commission, seconded by <br /> Stephenie, motion carried. <br /> Town Board minutes were reviewed. <br /> Stephenie moved to adjourn, seconded by Marvin, motion <br /> carried.
