TOWN OF BURKE BOARD MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 16 , 1987 <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Donald Hoepker, Marvin McCoy, William <br /> Graff <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Town Engineer, Don Mayo <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8 : 30 P.M. by Chairman <br /> Hoepker. <br /> Mr. Graff moved approval of the December 1st meeting <br /> minutes , seconded by Mr. McCoy, motion carried. <br /> Mr. McCoy moved approval of the C. U .P. for the Dane County <br /> Compost site on Messerschmit Rd. subject to the approval of <br /> a maintenance agreement with Dane County regarding <br /> Messerschmit Rd. and that the Chaiman and Clerk can sign the <br /> agreement if acceptable, seconded by Mr. Graff, motion <br /> carried. <br /> Mr. McCoy moved approval of Kenneth Bedker as the new Plan <br /> Commission member, seconded by Mr. Graff, motion carried. <br /> Mr. McCoy moved approval of the Operators license for Linda <br /> Grosse, seconded by Mr. Graff, motion carried. <br /> The Board signed vouchers . <br /> • Correspondence was reviewed. <br /> Mr. Graff moved to authorize the Clerk and Chairman to enter <br /> into an agreement with Dane County for Bridge Inspections, <br /> seconded by Mr. McCoy, motion carried. <br /> Mr. McCoy moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Graff, motion <br /> carried. <br /> Stephenie A.
