Edgerton, WI 53534 Re: Application of Marvin Thomann for Zoning Change Dear Audrey: Thank you for calling me this morning concerning- the Mary Thomann zoning change. I have researched this issue and also spoken with Bill Fleck at the County Zoning Office. On behalf of Mary Thomann, I have no objection to the Town Board meeting this evening, Friday, May 13 at 6:30 p.m. and a special meeting on the Mary Thomann file. My understanding is that the meeting is going to be held so that the Town can retain jurisdiction to have a full hearing over the zoning change application. It is also my understanding under Wis. Stat. Sec. 59.97(e) (3) the Town must file a Resolution within ten (10) days after the public hearing either approving or disapproving the zoning change. Because you have not had the opportunity to have a full public hearing, and you desire to retain jurisdiction to either approve or disapprove, you are going to conditionally disapprove the zoning application until a full public hearing can be held. You have also advised me that the public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 14, 1988. We will be present at the public hearing and I appreciate your courtesy in providing me this information keeping me up to date.
