The Town Chairman Stanley Marsden <br /> chairs the Commission with Supervisors Walter Siebenbaum <br /> and Robert Heritage ( Mr. Heritage replaces William <br /> Eastman as Supervisor who resigned July 12, 1988)as members. <br /> Also I am the Clerk of the Commission, plus 3 other members <br /> Clifford Swann, Ellis Nelson and one position to be filled <br /> since Mr. Heritage was a previous member and he replaced <br /> Mr. Eastman as Supervisor, to make a total membership of <br /> Seven (7) members. <br /> Petiton #4212 for Mr. Thomann in which action was taken on <br /> June 14, 1988 the Town Board which is part of the Planning <br /> Commission did vote to deny this petition as in my letter <br /> of June 17, 1988. <br /> I hope this will be sufficent for your records. <br /> Thank You, <br /> adeef, <br /> y <br /> Audrey J.
