My <br /> letter of May 4 , 1988 , indicated that Anchor Savings and Loan <br /> Association has acquired the approximate one acre parcel, <br /> part of which is located within the southwest corner of Sun <br /> Prairie Memory Garden. Anchor has petitioned for rezoning of <br /> the single family residence to RH-1. <br /> The existing Sun Prairie Memory Garden is presently a <br /> been <br /> ween <br /> nonconforming use. As the rezoning change has ,., <br /> requested, and as the plat will be reduced by a parcel 46 <br /> feet by 255 feet in the southwest corner thereof, the balance <br /> of the Sun Prairie Memory Garden must be rezoned to the <br /> appropriate zoning district and a conditional use permit <br /> thereof must be obtained. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Duane P.
