The petition as recommended was <br /> approved by the County Board on July 7, 1988. <br /> I explained in our conversation that the amendment to A-2 would provide only a <br /> very temporary protection from construction of a residence on the property. <br /> The County Zoning Ordinance is in the process of beginning updated and one of <br /> the changes was to remove the requirement of a conditional use for residences <br /> in the A-2 District. I expect this Ordinance update to be effective in the <br /> very near future. <br /> Sorry for the slip-up on your request.
