ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4250 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of BLOOMING GROVE The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended to include in the R-1 Residential & A-2 Agriculture District the following described land: Pet. #4250: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Blooming Grove described as follows: TO R-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 2; thence S 87° 19' 46" West, 1319.14 feet to the West line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4, an the point of beginning; thence N 00° 16' 00" West, 250 feet; thence N 87° 19' 46" East, 140 feet; thence S 00° 16' 00" East, 250 feet, thence S 87° 19' 46" West, 140 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
