• <br /> PETITION NO. y z cU <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> BLOOMING GROVE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 2 , Town of Blooming Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residential, A-2 Agricultu xistrict. <br /> Pet. #4250: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Blooming Grove described as <br /> follows: TO R-1 : Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 2; <br /> thence S 87° 19' 46" West, 1319. 14 feet to the West line of said SE 1/4 NE <br /> 1/4, an the point of beginning; thence N 00° 16' 00" West, 250 feet; thence N <br /> 87° 19' 46" East, 140 feet; thence S 00° 16' 00" East, 250 feet, thence S 87° <br /> 19' 46" West, 140 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
