Shary Bisgard,Chairperson <br /> RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT # 671 <br /> Dear Shary, <br /> In reference to conditional use permit # 671, I have <br /> enclosed a copy of the minutes from the Town Of Windsor <br /> Plan Commission meeting held on May 23, 1988. <br /> The Plan Commission recommendation for denial was based <br /> on the stated concerns of Lake Windsor residents using <br /> county "CV" to commute to and from work. <br /> This issue was placed on Town Board agenda on June 14, <br /> 1988, however the petitioner requested the application <br /> be held in abeyance until additional information could <br /> be gathered. <br /> Your committee should have received a copy of form #545- <br /> 83, dated June 16, 1988, stating Town Board action.
