Others present : see attcahed sign in <br /> sheet . <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7 : 02 P.M. by Anhalt . <br /> Approval of minutes : Motion by Brown and seconded by Day <br /> to approve the minutes of the April 25th, 1988 regular meet- <br /> ing and the May 9th, 1988 special meeting as amended to in- <br /> clude Raymond Meixner as vice-chairman . Motion carried. <br /> Request to remove land from Environmental Corridor. Property <br /> located between Lake Road (CTH "CV" ) and railroad across <br /> from Linden Circle. Property zoned C2 , approximately 3. 6 <br /> acres. <br /> Representative : James Elifritz, Largo , Flordia. <br /> Recommendation : Motion by Matzke and seconded by Winter to <br /> recommend initiation of proceedings to request removal of <br /> subject property from wetland/environmental corridor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> Public Hearing. 7: 18 P,M. /Conditional Use Permit # 671 . <br /> Curt Roeming, 6476 Lake Road, (CTH "CV" ) to allow outdoor <br /> amusement park/lighted minature golf course. <br /> Representative: Curt Roeming, 6476 Lake Road, Windsor, WI . <br /> Mr. Roeming wishes to install and operate a lighted minature <br /> golf course and related facilities at this location . The <br /> property is presently zoned C2 and this type of use requires <br /> a conditional use permit . <br /> Mr. Roeming explained his plans of off street parking and <br /> set backs to accomodate his proposal . <br /> Many residents of the Lake Windsor area appeared in opposit- <br /> ion citing child and traffic safety as major concerns. <br /> JUN 22 1988 <br /> RECEIVED <br /> ZONING Df V. <br />
