We <br /> understand that Mr. Roeming appeared at that hearing with a <br /> petition of signatures of those that were in agreement with his <br /> proposal. <br /> On June 28th, your committee held a working meeting. We under- <br /> stand from talking to the Dane County Zoning Department that <br /> you held action on this proposal . <br /> There has been no further communication from Mr. Roeming since <br /> his request to hold conditional use permit # 671 in abeyance. <br /> Town action was based upon the Plan Commission ' s recommendation <br /> and the public opposition we have witnessed. <br /> The Windsor Town Board respectfully requests that you also deny <br /> conditional use permit #671 by Mr. Curt Roeming. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> j <br /> Warren Buchner, Clerk <br /> Town of Windsor <br />
