I took a full time <br /> job to save the money for a home in the country. We had four <br /> children and it was our wish to live in a quiet country place <br /> where we could be away from the sights and sounds of city busi- <br /> nesses . We found our lot at 6792 Horseshoe Bend and Yr Weiss <br /> built our home from the plans that I sketched. When we bought <br /> our lot from Mr Dale Myers, we were told that this would be a <br /> residential neighborhood and we had to sign a paper that we <br /> would build only a single family residence on our lot. <br /> We have been in our home for about 16 years and have put <br /> a lot of labor, time and money in it. <br /> We are within 300 feet of the planned rezone area of the <br /> Juncks .
