PETITION NO. 3772 PETITION TO AMEND THE TEXT OF THE DANE COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to amend the text of the Zoning Ordinance as follows: Item: 1) . Delete the numbered subsection references from the definition Section 10.01. (Note: Reference and order will be maintained by alphabetical sequence) . „% 13.4� Item: 2) . Create a new § 10.01 Family Limited . eeepa ., Family Limited Business: Any occupation that meets the conditional use standards of this ordinance and subject to the following: 1. Approval of the pertinent Town Board is required. 2) . Business may be restricted to a service oriented occupation prohibiting the manufacture of items or products or the sale of items or products on the premises. 3) . The type and/or number of equipment or machinery may be specified. 4) . The percentage of property devoted to the business may be specified. 5) . Any accessory building utilized in the occupation shall be considered a residential accessory building. 6) . Individuals engaged in the business must be a resident of the property on which the occupation is maintained. 7) . The business may not be expanded unless: a) . A new conditional use application is approved for the occupation, or, b) . A change to an appropriate zoning district is approved. 8) . The Conditional Use Permit shall not run with the land and sale or transfer of title of the property shall terminate the conditional use permit. Subsequent owners may apply for a new conditional use permit is so desired. Item: 3) . Create a new Section 10.05 (2) (h) as follows: 10. 05 (2) (h) Family Limited Business. Item: 4) .
