We are experiencing various home businesses springing up <br /> which cannot be considered a home occupation and could not be permitted <br /> without a change of zoning. Many of these businesses would not cause an <br /> adverse impact on their locality. The proposed amendment would allow a family <br /> limited business in all residential,rural homes and ag districts by <br /> conditional use permit and alleviates the necessity of rezone.
