The proposed dimensions and shape of lots is extremely awkward , <br /> and does not represent good residential subdivision planning. <br /> 3. Proposed driveways are excessively long , and would eliminate the <br /> possibility of improved planning and lot layout at a future time <br /> when more desirable subdivision platting and road construction might <br /> otherwise occur. <br />
