I <br /> reviewed petition and advised all that the deed restriction had <br /> not been recorded as specified and therefore zoning change was <br /> null and void pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2. - Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> B. A. Sumenek advised me that she was no longer with Affiliated <br /> Realty, Inc. - Century 21 and that Madison General Hospital had <br /> notified David W. Schommer ( "agent" on zoning petition) that his <br /> services were terminated - Dane County Zoning was not notified <br /> of this change by any of the parties involved and no inquiry as <br /> to the status of the petition was made until November 3, 1986. <br /> November 4, 1986 Gene Anderson (Realtor) made application for required zoning. <br /> Petition #3836/C.U.P. #545. <br />
