Sumenek - receipt dated August 5, 1986 by Donna Ailer re- turned to Zoning Department - delivery presumed. 1st Class copy of notice sent to agent D. W. Schommer (routine procedure) . November 3, 1986 Calls from B. A. Sumenek, Joann Bitzer (Verona Town Board) , Gene Anderson (Realtor) Mr. Flynn, (Madison General Hospital) . I reviewed petition and advised all that the deed restriction had not been recorded as specified and therefore zoning change was null and void pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2. - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. B. A. Sumenek advised me that she was no longer with Affiliated Realty, Inc. - Century 21 and that Madison General Hospital had notified David W. Schommer ( "agent" on zoning petition) that his services were terminated - Dane County Zoning was not notified of this change by any of the parties involved and no inquiry as to the status of the petition was made until November 3, 1986.
