It is interesting to note that the address and phone number provided on the appli- <br /> cation - 4100 University Avenue - 231-4646, is listed in the yellow pages for the <br /> West Branch of Affiliated Realty - Century 21. <br /> SUGESTIONS TO EXPIDITE: <br /> 1) . Deed restriction has been included up-front in the new application to alle- <br /> viate the necessity of amendment and re-referral to Town Board. <br /> 2) . Zoning Committee act on petition after the public hearing on December 9, 1986. <br /> 3) . Refer to County Board for their December 18, 1986 meeting. <br /> 4) . County Executive sign immediately. <br /> 5) . County Clerk publish as soon as possible (3 days) . <br /> 6) . Petition effective as of publication approximately December23, 1986. <br /> 7) . Land leveling, contours, driveways, etc. do not require rezone or a zoning per- <br /> mit. <br />
