This and the next petition raise <br /> questions about more detailed planning for the area. How much of <br /> what type of commercial Is contemplated? How much residential <br /> development at which densities Is planned? <br /> in addition, the rezoning to C-1 should have some conditions, since <br /> many of the permitted uses in C-1 are not compatible with a <br /> generally residential area. <br /> T.
