I
•
The entire Haul Road from Box Elder Road to the pit sites will
be of crushed limestone and it is not a common practice to seal
coat limestone Haul roads. I therefore feel that a limestone
road and water will eliminate any dust problem. I might also
mention that this is not a 40 hr. a week hauling operation and
as I have stated before, sometimes we may haul two or three days
a week and then we may not be there again for a week or two.
Section (5) deals with only one pit site being opened
until the Town of Medina dump is closed. This condition is
unacceptable as each one of these sites has two distinct types
of sand which have different uses and both sites must be opened
simultaneously to continue our operation of providing
which ever type sand is needed for a specific job. I also
believe that whether or not the Town of Medina dump is operating
has no bearing on our mineral extraction operation.
Respectfully,
MODERN PLUMBING & HEATING
21/611-4-e 6--7:ecvL
MICHAEL, C. PECK
