(c) Reasons why the property is suitable for the Proposed Use. The <br /> test of probably fifty years of successful use of the property for <br /> an elementary school is, perhaps, the best evidence. The property <br /> is entirely fenced, adding an extra dimension of safety for the <br /> children. All students are bussed to the school and home again. <br /> (d) Adjacent land uses - Two sides of the property are bounded by road <br /> right-of-ways. To the west and northwest lies agricultural land. <br /> We trust our transmittals and our information is adequate. If you need more <br /> information, please contact me so we may supply what is missing. Incidentally, <br /> you indicate the hearing on our application for a conditional use permit for the <br /> school to exist is scheduled for April 14, 1987. I presume you will send <br /> information as to when and where the hearing will be held.
