(c) Reasons why the property is suitable for the Proposed Use. The <br /> test of probably fifty years of successful use of the property for <br /> an elementary school is, perhaps, the best evidence. All students are bussed to the school and home again. <br /> (d) Adjacent land uses - Two sides of the property are bounded by road <br /> right-of-ways.
