'AMY PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF MEDINA TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies 5 Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petition$ the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section _a, Town of Medina Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Acriculture District to the R-1A Residential & RH-2 Rural District. Homes Pet. #4007: Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 28 Town of Medina described as follows: TO R-1A: Commencing at the North quarter corner; thence N 86° 12' East 420.00 feet; thence South 440.00 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue South 90.00 feet; thence S 86° 12' West 353.86 feet, thence along a curve to the right the radius is 165 feet, the long chord is N 33° 35' 50" East 182.61 feet; thence along a curve to the left, the radius is 60.00 feet, the long chord is N 42° 34' 10" East 50.00 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-2: Beginning at the North quarter corner; thence N 86° 12' East 420.00 feet along the North line of Section 28, thence South 440.00 thence N 70° 55' 20" West 230.89 feet; thence along a curve to the right, the radius is 60.00 feet the long chord is S 42° 34' 10" West 50.00 feet, thence along a curve to the left, the radius is 165 feet, the long chord is S 33° 35' 50" West 182.61 feet; thence South 118.80 feet; thence S 36° 46' West 29.58 feet; thence S 86° 12' West 48.50 feet; thence North 671.03 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
