'AMY <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> MEDINA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies 5 Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petition$ the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section _a, Town of Medina Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Acriculture <br /> District to the <br /> R-1A Residential & RH-2 Rural District. <br /> Homes <br /> Pet. #4007: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 28 Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> TO R-1A: Commencing at the North quarter corner; thence N 86° 12' East 420.00 <br /> feet; thence South 440.00 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue <br /> South 90.00 feet; thence S 86° 12' West 353.86 feet, thence along a curve to <br /> the right the radius is 165 feet, the long chord is N 33° 35' 50" East 182.61 <br /> feet; thence along a curve to the left, the radius is 60.00 feet, the long <br /> chord is N 42° 34' 10" East 50.00 feet to the point of beginning.
