Anderson, Chairman <br /> RE: Public Hearing in Room 224 of the City-County Building on Tuesday, July 14, <br /> 1987, to consider the following: <br /> 1. Petition 4001 No objection to this petition. <br /> 2. Petition 4002 No objection to the separation of existing buildings from the <br /> rest of the farm. <br /> 3. Petition 4003 and Conditional Use Permit 590 No objections to an unoccupied <br /> communications tower on this site. <br /> 4. Petition 4004 A large portion of this petition contains soils rated very severe <br /> and not suitable for private sewage systems. The remainder has <br /> slope problems. Without a field review of soils data we will <br /> object to this petition. We have been asked about this area by <br /> the Town Board for a possible sewer extension. <br /> 5. Petition 4005 On Lot 2 CSM 952 on the front 95 feet of this parcel could be <br /> used for a structure. The remainder of the lot would generally <br /> be required for private sewage dedication. <br /> 6. Petition 4006 No objection to a reduced rear yard for this petition. <br /> 7. Petition 4007 The portion of this petition for R-1A has an existing private <br /> sewage system on it. The portion for RH-2 has not had any soils <br /> data submitted and opinion will have to be reserved until a field <br /> investigation of submitted data can be made. <br /> 8. Petition 4008 In October of 1984 a replacement private sewage system was installed <br /> for the structure at 9730 Dunlap Hollow Road. If the petition is <br /> for 9730 we would have no objection. <br /> 9. Petition 4009 and Conditional Use Permit 600 All of the soils on the parcel are <br /> rated as not suitable for conventional private sewage systems. We <br /> will object to the petition until such time as soils data is <br /> submitted and reviewed. <br /> 10. Petition 4010 No objection to this petition. <br />
