RESOLUTION RPC NO. 453 <br /> Amending the Dane County Regional Planning Commission <br /> x ya. • <br /> Regional Development Guide, Water Quality, and <br /> Farmland Preservation Plans to Refine the <br /> Town of Middleton Portion of the <br /> Central Urban Service Area <br /> WHEREAS, the Dane County Regional Planning Commission has adopted, <br /> amended, and reaffirmed a Regional Development Guide, Water Quality and <br /> Farmland Preservation Plan (Resolution RPC No. 431); and <br /> tir ` WHEREAS, said plans delineate urban service areas as amended through <br /> June 1987; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Middleton has worked with the staff of the Dane <br /> County Regional Planning Commission to refine the urban service area, and <br /> = ', the Town of Middleton has adopted certain revisions to reflect local <br /> considerations. <br /> • <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section <br /> 66.945(9) of the Wisconsin Statutes and Section 208 of Public Law 92-500, <br /> ' , the Dane County Regional Planning Commission amends the county Regional <br /> , ,..f,=:_Development Guide, Water Quality, and Farmland Preservation Plans by <br /> adopting the modifications to the Central Urban Service Area as depicted <br /> on the attached map. <br /> February 11 , 1988 <br /> Date Adopted Frank Dresen, Secretary <br />
