DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7592 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agricultural <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7592 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 18, Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: Lot <br /> #2, CSM#8290 found in volume 45, Page 1 of Certified Survey Maps. <br /> ALSO: <br /> That part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Blue Mounds described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Dane County Certified Survey Map #8290; <br /> thence N89°44'14" West along the South line of said CSM #8290; 711.02 feet; thence <br /> N00°14'11" West along the West line of said CSM#820; 385.02 feet; thence N89°44'14" <br /> West along the South line of said CSM #8290, 601.43 feet to the centerline of County <br /> Highway F; thence S00°09'37"East along said centerline, 490.00 feet; thence S89°44'14" <br /> East, 209.90 feet; thence S00°14'11" East, 99.41 feet; thence S89°44'14" East, 1103.20 <br /> feet to the East line of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence N00°14'11" West along said East line, <br /> 204.40 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDTITONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3Xa) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1).The applicant shall combine by deed restriction Lot 2,CSM 8290,and the 11 additional acres. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
