APPLICATION 7592 <br /> References in Town Plan <br /> The area proposed to rezone out of Al-EX (11 acres) is in the agricultural preservation <br /> district of the Town. According to its policies, the non-farm site should be: <br /> a. "land where there has been no history of farming activity, <br /> b. a parcel too small to be economically used for agricultural purposes, <br /> c. land inaccessible to farm machinery needed to produce and harvest <br /> agricultural products, <br /> i. rezoned so that only that portion of land necessary for the requested <br /> use is rezoned. " <br /> Dane County Highways' Issues <br /> CTH"F" is not a controlled access highway. No new access would be permitted <br /> for addition of lands to existing parcel. <br />
