Stormwater management plan for the long-term safe conveyance of water on the site,to be completed only if <br /> the 46,400 s.f. stable and indoor riding arena is constructed, to be approved by the Dane County Land <br /> Conservation Department;this condition could be included as an element of the aforementioned erosion control <br /> plan. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the <br /> owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
