DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7590 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes and <br /> CO-1 Conservancy Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7590 <br /> TO RH-3: <br /> A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 N 1/4 and the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 22, Town <br /> of Black Earth described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said <br /> Section 22; thence N89°14'55" East, 241.40 feet along the North line of the NW 1/4 NE <br /> 1/4 of said Section 22 to a point in the cneterline of US Highway 14; thence South <br /> 01°43'12" West, 66.06 feet along said centerline to the point of beginning; thence <br /> S01°43'12" West, 951.76 feet along said centerlije, thence N69°46'42" West, 568.52 <br /> feet; thence N21°56'11" East, 233.98 feet; thence NO2°42'00" East, 533.81 feet; thence <br /> N89°36'41" East, 210.75 feet; thence N89°14'55" East, 238.76 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> TO CO-1: <br /> A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 22, Town <br /> of Black Earth described as follows: Beginning at the North quarter corner of said <br /> Section 22; thence N89°14'55" East, 241.40 feet along the North line of the NW 1/4 NE <br /> 1/4 of said Section 22 to a point in the centerline US Highway 14; thence South <br /> 01°43'12" West, 66.06 feet along said centerline, thence S89°14'55" West, 238.76 feet; <br /> thence S89°36'41" West, 210.75 feet; thence S02°42'00" West, 533.81 feet; thence <br /> S21°56'11" West, 233.98 feet; thence S38°59'01" West, 279.71 feet; thence <br /> N69°46'42" West, 865.07 feet to a point on the West line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence <br /> thence N00°10,58" West, 187.46 feet along said West line to the point of beginning of a <br /> meander line of the Southeasterly bank of the Black Earth Creek; thence N83°30'00" <br /> East, 148.04 feet along said meander line; thence N42°57'15"East, 391.76 feet along said <br /> meander line; thence N00°21'35" West, 191.77 feet along said meander line; thence <br /> N76°20'00" West, 194.68 feet along said meander line to a point on the North line of said <br /> NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence N89°36'41" East, 1087.33 feet along said North line to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)'ofthe Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances.
