DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7590 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes and CO-1 Conservancy Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7590 TO RH-3: A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 N 1/4 and the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 22, Town of Black Earth described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 22; thence N89°14'55" East, 241.40 feet along the North line of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section 22 to a point in the cneterline of US Highway 14; thence South 01°43'12" West, 66.06 feet along said centerline to the point of beginning; thence S01°43'12" West, 951.76 feet along said centerlije, thence N69°46'42" West, 568.52 feet; thence N21°56'11" East, 233.98 feet; thence NO2°42'00" East, 533.81 feet; thence N89°36'41" East, 210.75 feet; thence N89°14'55" East, 238.76 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)'ofthe Dane County Code of Ordinances.
