The reason for the proposed zoning changes are the Wisconsin Department of Natural resources is purchasing <br /> the wetlands located West of the existing buildings. A rezone is then required for the remaining 9.278 acres <br /> which includes the existing buildings as it is all the remaining lands owned on the West side of U.S.H. `14'. <br /> John Halverson is acting as my agent in the above matter. <br /> i �_ <br /> Andrew Ballweg /f' <br />
