MINUTES OF THE SPRINGDALE SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING-July 26, 1999 <br /> IN ATTENDANCE: Chairman Karl Hacker, Supervisor I Steve Burns, Supervisor II <br /> Richard Schwenn, and Clerk Vicki Anderson. <br /> CALL TO ORDER: by Hacker at 9:40 p.m. <br /> RILEY TAVERN, INC./SEC.2/CUP #1577- existing tavern & expansion of existing <br /> facilities for outdoor entertainment and lighted volleyball: <br /> MOTION by Burns/Schwenn to approve with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Outdoor entertainment/lighted volleyball areas shall be open from April 1st <br /> through October 31St. <br /> 2. Outdoor entertainment area (concession facility) shall be open from Tuesday <br /> through Thursday until 10:00 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday until 12:00 a.m. , <br /> midnight. <br /> 3. Outdoor game area shall be open from Tuesday through Thursday until 10:00 <br /> p.m. and on Friday and Saturday until 12:00 a.m., midnight. <br /> 4. Direct lighting for the outdoor areas shall be lit from Tuesday through <br /> Thursday until 10:00 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday until 12:00 a.m. , <br /> midnight. <br /> 5. No amplified sound shall be permitted in the outside areas, other than <br /> during Riley Fest and the seven times in the seven month period between April <br /> 1st through October 31st <br /> Motion carried 3-0. <br /> ADJOURN: MOTION by Schwenn/Burr to adjourn.
