00 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING ORDER DISCONTINUING HIGHWAYS <br /> 001018 <br /> WHEREAS, an Application for the discontinuance of Maier Road in the <br /> Township of Berry, Rice Road a/k/a Dohm Road in the Township of Berry, and an <br /> unnamed road (sometimes referred to as Kalscheur Road) in the NW 1/4 of the SE 114 <br /> of Section 31, Township of Berry has been received by the Town Board pursuant to <br /> Wisconsin Statutes Section 80.02; <br /> WHEREAS, hearing on said Application has been properly noticed and had; <br /> WHEREAS, the members of the Town Board have personally examined the <br /> highways to be discontinued; <br /> • <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Town of Berry that Maier Road, Rice <br /> Road a/k/a Dohm Road and an unnamed road (sometimes referred to Kalscheur Road) <br /> in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 31, Township of Berry be discontinued; and <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the Order discontinuing Maier Road, Rice Road a/k/a <br /> Dohm Road and an unnamed road (sometimes referred to Kalscheur Road) in the NW <br /> 1/4 of the SE 114 of Section 31, Township of Berry, a copy of which is attached to this <br /> resolution and is incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is hereby adopted. <br /> The undersigned Town Clerk of the Town of Berry hereby certifies that the <br /> foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Town Board on the 20th day of August, <br /> 2001.
