COPY <br /> ORDER DISCONTINUING HIGHWAYS <br /> STATE OF WISCONSIN, <br /> COUNTY OF DANE, 0 0 1 4 19 <br /> TOWN OF BERRY. <br /> Upon the application of six (6) or more resident freeholders in the Town of Berry, <br /> the discontinuance of three (3) highways, as set forth in the application to us, the <br /> undersigned, Supervisors of the Town, prepared a notice of the time and place we <br /> would meet and decide upon such application and did meet on the 20th day of August, <br /> 2001, at 7:30 o'clock afternoon, at the Town of Berry Townhall, 90146 Highway 19; in <br /> the Town, that being the time and place stated in the Notice; and having first been <br /> satisfied by Affidavits that the Notices required in Wisconsin Statutes Section 80.05, <br /> had been duly given and published, we did then examine the highways and did hear all <br /> reasons that were offered for and against the Application and did decide upon such <br /> Application; and it being our opinion that the public good will thereby be promoted, did <br /> discontinue such highways as hereinafter described. <br /> Now, therefore, pursuant to the Application, we, the Supervisors, do hereby <br /> order and determine that the highways described as follows: <br /> 1. Maier Road located in the Northeast 1/4 <br /> of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, T8N, <br /> R7E, from Schuman Road in a Westerly <br /> direction to it's terminus, also described <br /> as a parcel of land, 3 rods in width, <br /> commencing at a point in the centerline <br /> of Schuman Road, in Section 22, Town <br /> of Berry, 60 feet South of the division <br /> line between the Northeast 1/4 and the <br /> Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, thence in a <br /> Westerly direction, a distance of 22 rods, <br /> (363 feet) more or less with the centerline <br /> of said Maier Road being 60 feet, more or <br /> less South of the division line of the North <br /> East 1/4 and the Southeast 1/4 of Section <br /> 22, Town of Berry, Dane County, Wisconsin. <br />
